offlining processors in a way that lasts thru reboots

I just added 2 more processors that Oracle is licensed for to a GS140 -
v4.0F. I used the "offline [processor-number]" to put the processor
offline. If this works with oracle, I need a way to do it at boot time.
Where should I put these commands?
