Finally got it settled.
Most people said to call "Compaq Sales Rep" Which is hard to do if you
don't know who that is.

I called the above number and they wanted to know my agreement number
and also my software access number. Since everything is tied to the
software access number that is what they needed. If you have multiple
access numbers.
The lady, Joane Jackson, I talked to at Compaq was very pleasent and
curtius to me. She told me who my sales rep is and gave me the phone
number also. She said that it would finally be taken care of and I
should get them myself instead of the "Mail Room" guessing who is where.
