Problem with TL894

I have problem with tape library TL894 with four DLT drives TZ89N-AV, using a two server cluster GS60e running Tru64 Unix ver. 4.0f
Backup is running by two scripts, to allow using two drives at a same time. Sometimes happens that robot did not insert tape in drive, sometimes can't eject tape from drive...and next command from the script can't be executed.
Error:
Can't open device /dev/nrmt*h ( I/O error )
Because of these reasons backups failed.
