Is there an easy way to map an Instance device name to a Logical name. A
certain command, etc.

Right now i've done this.. I see an error in /var/adm/messages
Apr 30 09:53:32 mp2.micropat.com scsi: [ID 107833 kern.warning] WARNING:
/sbus@2,0/SUNW,fas@2,8800000/sd@1,0 (sd1):

i do an iostat -E |grep sd1 and look for a serial number
then do an iostat -En |grep for the serial number and i see the c#t#d#
address for the disk.. it works, but seems messy.. what's the de-facto way
of doing this..

in addition i have this error:
Apr 30 09:41:29 mp2.micropat.com socal: [ID 403145 kern.info]
ID[SUNWssa.socal.link.5010] socal0: port 0: Fibre Channel is OFFLINE

which tells me socal0, port0.. so i know which ever card it is it is the
right hand port (labled 0).. but which i/o bord is this on? is it onboard
socal or is it an sbus.. if its sbus is it 1, 2 or 3??

thanks for any help!
