oracle 8.0.5 from Solaris 7 to Solaris 9

Hello,

we have oracle 8.0.5 running on solaris 7. I installed new sparc server
with solaris 9 and want to move oracle database from the old server to
the new server. Should I be prepared for any pitfalls ? Did anybody do
such movement ?
I don't want to export/import database. Just copy files.
