SUMMARY: Who Needs efdaemon?

Casper Dik was kind enough to elaborate as to what the manpage for efdaemon(1M)
means by "devices with FCode." It typically means machines with hot swappable
PCI cards and system boards. And the daemon is only needed if you actually will
be doing hot swapping.
