Hi managers,

Sometimes ufsdump start a 0 level dump even if I mention another level.
I look at /etc/dumpdates I seems to be good.
I couldn't understand.

ufsdump 6ucf /dev/rmt/1n /export/home
DUMP: Writing 63 Kilobyte records
DUMP: Date of this level 0 dump: Thu Apr 17 07:50:04 2003
DUMP: Date of last level 0 dump: the epoch

However when I replace /export/home/ with the physical name it goes
well.
ufsdump 6ucf /dev/rmt/1n /dev/rdsk/c3t2d0s7
DUMP: Date of this level 6 dump: Thu Apr 17 07:52:29 2003
DUMP: Date of last level 5 dump: Tue Apr 15 20:00:08 2003

What's wrong?

[demime 0.99c.7 removed an attachment of type text/x-vcard which had a name of rachid.boukhari.vcf]
