Dear admins,

I have a Enterprise 420R (UltraSPARC-II 450MHz) with 1024 Megabytes memory
On this box solaris 8 is installed.
iPlanet application server is installed on this box as well as ITO (HP
Openview)

sometimes ITO give's a message like:
========================================================
Can't execute script for monitor Web_Serv_ux051_billerdirect. (OpC30-606)
semget(2) failed; cannot create semaphore
No space left on device (OpC20-415) on Thu Apr 3 19:29:49 2003
========================================================

The space on the file system is:
========================================================
Filesystem kbytes used avail capacity Mounted on
/dev/md/dsk/d0 3009327 1068991 1880150 37% /
/proc 0 0 0 0% /proc

/dev/md/dsk/d15 1619411 663792 907037 43% /export/home
========================================================

ulimit gives:

root # ulimit -a | more
======================
time(seconds) unlimited
file(blocks) unlimited
data(kbytes) unlimited
stack(kbytes) 8192
coredump(blocks) unlimited
nofiles(descriptors) 255
vmemory(kbytes) unlimited
======================

The semafore settings are:
==============================================
* IPC Semaphores
*
    10 semaphore identifiers (SEMMNI)
    60 semaphores in system (SEMMNS)
    30 undo structures in system (SEMMNU)
    25 max semaphores per id (SEMMSL)
    10 max operations per semop call (SEMOPM)
    10 max undo entries per process (SEMUME)
 32767 semaphore maximum value (SEMVMX)
 16384 adjust on exit max value (SEMAEM)
==============================================

ITO needs:
semmns Required semaphores. 20
nflocks File locks. 10

So,
The semafores are all right
but,,, how to set the nflocks????

Can someone help me with this?
