ultra10:
/ and bootsector resides on: /dev/rdsk/c0t0d0s0
ok>devalias
disk /pci@1f,0/pci@1,1/ide@3/disk@0,0
disk3 /pci@1f,0/pci@1,1/ide@3/disk@3,0
disk2 /pci@1f,0/pci@1,1/ide@3/disk@2,0
disk1 /pci@1f,0/pci@1,1/ide@3/disk@1,0
disk0 /pci@1f,0/pci@1,1/ide@3/disk@0,0

ok>setenv boot-device disk
boot-device = disk

ok> boot disk
results in "can't open boot device".

now what would be the best way to tackle this
by issuing the "nvalias ..." command or else?.

what would my nvlias command for "boot disk" to work?.

Sam
