Hi all,
I had a doubt on how to configure sendmail in the
below given way if it supports.
OS:Solaris 8.0
1) Local Sendmail ESMTP Sendmail 8.11.6+Sun/8.9.3 with
domain hostname.aaa.com configured.
2 )Sendmail configured as a relay to Exchange server
for aaa.com
3) As the server hosts some network management
softwares, some mails generated by those applications
to be send using a external mail server ie VSNL via
dialup.
4) Modem configured, dialup working and pop3/smtp
clients working fine.
5) want to automate dialup when mails are generated to
be send via SMTP server of VSNL.
6) Can sendmail be configure to auto dialout and then
send e-mails to VSNL smtp server to the mail id in TO:
field??
If not or any other solution also welcome.
