free solaris license?

Hello I isntalled Solaris 9 on my ultra 60 dual CPU, I Thought that it was
free, both CPU are activated but on the sun web site I Read this:

http://wwws.sun.com/software/solaris/binaries/index.html

The license is free - We are offering a free license to operate the
Solaris 9 software on 1 CPU capacity systems.

does it refers to x86 CPU or also to SPARC ?
anyone knows abotu this issue?
