Remove rootdisk from Veritas VM

We need to remove all the root partitions ( / , swap and /var ) from Veritas VM
control and un-install the package since somehow Veritas was installed without
installing the SUNWsan package. We had a disk fail and now Sun says that the
reason that Veritas will not successfully fail-back to the replaced disks is due
to not having this package installed.

Does anyone have a good step-by-step plan on how to do this? We tried doing the
steps in the Veritas documentation for removing VM from the system but it didn't
clean itself up and therefore keep failing upon boot.

Thanks.
