Installing error in solaris 2.8

Hi All,

I am trying to load soalris 2.8 in Compaq Intel
Platform machine which had a RAID configured for
mirroring.

I need to install solaris 2.8, during that I get an
error
"skipping system dump...no dump device configured"

Just for surther information I had Debian in that
system and when I try to boot if from 98 floppy to
remove the partition table it says cannot
deleteExtended partiotion as logical drives are
present. But there are no logical drives present.

Can anyone help me in this.
