Greetings,
We are establishing a SunRay network with 200 seats for our call
center. We will be using version 2.0 of the SunRay software. As with
many projects, there is only on-the-job training and we are learning as
we go.
Recently, the traning department has requested the ability to monitor
any SunRay device's seesion. The training department wants the
capability to watch the actions of a particular call center session.
Evidently, they want the ability to record a session for playback.
We are in the process of finding products that will let us attach and
view any SunRay session but, thus far, we have not found anything.
We would appreciate any input on how to accomplish this task and will
summarize our findings.
