We are in the process of adding Sun Ray thin clients to our
organiztion (we are still in the process of receiving hardware and
software). We will be adding the Sun Session server (for the Sun Ray's)
and a windows application server (with Citrix metaframe) to the
network. The current network already has numerous PC's.
The PC's now use Microsoft's NetMeeting to do Video
Teleconferencing (VTC). From what I have read, if I install SunForum on
the Sun Session server, the Sun Ray's can VTC with individuals using
NetMeeting. Am I correct on that point?
Also, if I am correct, what do I need to know about setting up SunForum
and/or NetMeeting so that they can communicate? Any disadvantages/bad
points about communicating this way?
