copied user-password from /etc/shadow to
/usr/local/CVSROOT/passwd.
added to /etc/services stuff also.
added to /etc/inetd.conf:
cvspserver[tab]stream[tab]tcp[tab]nowait[tab]root[tab]
/usr/local/bin/cvs[tab]cvs[tab]-b[tab]/usr/local/bin[tab]pserver
#kill -HUP intedpid
Ran these commands at win2k/DOS shell to connect
to solaris. Enterred same solaris password:

C:\WinCvs 1.2>set
CVSROOT=:pserver:me@host1:/usr/local/CVSROOT
C:\WinCvs 1.2>cvs login
(Logging in to me@host1)
CVS password:
Server configuration missing --allow-root in
inetd.conf
cvs login: authorization failed: server host1 rejected

access to /usr/local/CVSROOT
OT for user me
