Dear Sun Managers,
I've installed a sendmail patch 110615-08 in my
Solaris 8 machine.
The command that I used is....
# patchadd 110615-08
Right now I decided to remove it and when I do the
patchrm command.......
root:/var/adm # patchrm 110615-08
Checking installed patches...
Patch 110615-08 was installed without backing up the
original files. It cannot be backed out.
I'm getting the above errors and this patch cannot be
removed.
My questions are:
(1) How to force remove this patch? I need to remove
this away because it is causing some other problem to
the system.
(2) Also, how can I check the integrity of the patch
whether the patch is installed successfully in the
machine?
