Changing network info manually

Hello,

     I have a SPARC20 running SunOS 5.6 that is going to have its network
settings changed (IP address, hostname, gateway) and I know sys-unconfig can do
the job by wiping out all network information and starting over, but if one
wanted to save time and effort by making the changes manually, what files need
to be modified to remove the old info and put in the new IP/hostname/gateway?
