Hello,
I have a jumpstart server setup that I have been using for about a year or so.
All we had were Ultra 5 systems on our network. The jumpstart server worked
very well with them. However, we have upgraded our systems to Sunfire V120s.
I setup the profile for these systems. The first time I did a jumpstart with
them it found the profile just fine. There was a problem with filesys on one
of my partitions being to large, so the installed died. I went in to the profile
and modified it accordingly. Since then everytime I try a jumpstart with the
Sunfire machines it doesn't seem to be looking for the profile anymore. It
automatically prompts for interactive setup. I did the following:
-- re-ran the check script on rules
-- removed the client (rm_install_client) and then put them back in
-- restarted in.rarpd and nfs.server as well as inetd-- snooped the network for
anything "weird" <-- found nothing
Any help would greatly be appreciated.
