Dear Gurus,

I have added a 40GB Segate Baracuda 7200 IDE disk to my Ultra10 running Sol8. I wanted to test mirroring so I followed SUN's document and connected my new disk on master and the cdrom slave on the second channel (J14). When I booted the system it's complaing about corrupt label -wrong magic number. I searched the web and I found that it may be due to orginal labeling of the high capacity disks. I need answers to my 3 questions.

1. What this error messages in messages file means?
"Mar 12 22:37:28 jaffna dada: [ID 107833 kern.warning] WARNING: /pci@1f,0/pci@1,1/ide@3/dad@3,0 (dad1):
Mar 12 22:37:28 jaffna corrupt label - wrong magic number"

2. Format command shows disks on
    c0t0d0
    c0t3d0
But I was expecting to see c1t0d0, is it correct if so can still mirror them?

3. My 40gb disk in format command shows as 32gb disk, is it correct?

I will summarise.
Thanks for the help.
