cross domain NFS mounts and netgroups

Good day.

I'm in an environment with two NIS domains. Domain1 has a NFS server which
is sharing out for other hosts in Domain1 to mount. All servers in Domain1
are in a netgroup, say netgrp1, and all the servers in Domain1 can mount
this share.

In the other domain, say Domain2, I'm trying to mount the NFS directory from
the server in Domain1. There is also a netgroup called netgrp1 within this
domain with the same hosts as specified in Domain1.

When I try to mount the share from the NFS server in Domain1 to a host in
Domain2, I get a permission denied, and I dont know why.

My /etc/dfs/dfstab on the NFS server is something like this:
        share -F nfs root=netgrp1,rw=netgrp1 /somedir

Is it something really simple that I'm just not seeing?

Any and all help/insight appreciated.

Peter.
