probe-scsi-all shown "Bus fault"

Server
SunFire 280R UltraSPARC III+ 900MHZ
OpenBoot 4.5 1024MB SunOS release 5.9 Version Generic_112233-01 64-bit

While at "ok probe-scsi-all" it shown "Bus fault" error and couldn't detect
optical jukebox which connected to SCSI SE/LVD Card.
Believe may be to do with firmware ? Any ideas :)
