Sun Ray 1 USB keyboard vs. Belkin USB KVM?

Anyone ever try to put a Belkin USB KVM (USB only, not USB/PS2) between a
Sun Ray 1 USB keyboard and a Sun Ray 1 base station?

I've tried this, and anytime a 'key modifier key' is used (ie: caps lock,
num lock, etc), the keyboard freezes. Works fine without the KVM in
between (direct connect). The Sun keyboard also exhibits this same
behavior when connected through the same KVM to a Dell GX1 desktop. Have a
Dell USB keyboard on order (just by coincidence), to see if that keyboard
does any better.

Has anyone tried this, or have empirical data on using a Belkin USB KVM
with Sun USB hardware?
