Howto setup a DNS cache server

Hi Managers!

I have been going through the AnswerBook trying to find out how to setup a DNS
cache server.

So far I only have a very simple named.conf and I am not sure what else I do
need to make it work:

1.) In my resolv.conf, I have the "real" DNS servers of out site, do I have to
change anything their?

2.) Do I need a named.local and how should it look like?

3.) Do I need a named.ca? A hosts.rev? And a hosts? (The names are the dummy
names used in the AnswerBook...)

I appreciate any help on this matter
