Hello all,
I have a task that I thought would be simple, yet I am not finding it quite
that easy.
the problem applys to any solaris and / or any hpux workstation.
I have a non root account with a permisions over a certain application on a
collection of solaris/hpux servers. I would like to disable the "apps"
account from logging in direct, except from the console, the same way that
root is disabled from the console in /etc/default/login.
I have setup su logging, so that I want to stop users logging in as "apps"
to they have to login as "$user" an su - apps so there su is logged.
I thought it would be something quite as simple as an extra line in
/etc/default/login, however this is not the case, and more so not on hpux.
I am open to any suggestions on how to achieve this.
thanks,
Matt.
