Hi,
ENV: Sol 9, sendmail 8.12.7.
Most mail received at my workstation is relayed from a trusted
relay-host. Thus spam is is sent to relay-host before reaching me and
spam originators IPs are in the "Received:..." portion of the header.
Using FEATURE(`enhdnsbl',...) sends the "FROM:" envelope information
and the IP of the trusted relay host to the rbl (eg. bl.spamcop.net)
but not the IPs. I have tried to use (check_header, ...)
(www.digitalanswers.org) to parse and test the IPs in the header but
have been unsuccessful.
Any ideas, RTFM suggestions or sample relevant code would be greatly
appreciated.
Thanks,
Andy
