Netbackup migration to new server.

Hi all,

I have to migrate my netbackup server from sunv880 to sunfire3800.
All license issues will be taken care by getting enterprise licenses.

But i need to know the process of migration.
Any ideas on this will be appreciated.

I just have a rough idea that i export the netbackup catalog & import to my new server but not sure if i am right.
Pls let me know.
