Increase /usr

I received a SUN laptop Ultrabook IIi,running Solaris 7 (software is
already installed).It has 2 disk drives of 18GB each.It does not have a
CDROM or tape drive. I have to increase /usr.Please find below the file
system layout and disk partitions: # df -k
