ufsrestore from remote tape driver question?

I am doing SUN backup/recovery plan and we have several small server does
NOT have local tape driver. I know we can ufsdump/ufsrestore
user@machine:device to remote tape driver. My questions are:

1. if system crash and need boot from CD-ROM, can I still ufsrestore from
remote tape driver?

2. If yes, how to do it?
