Hi All,
Last night, my backup script failed due a typo. I metoffline
a partition, backup it up, and the script did not metaonlined it again. I
use SDS.
I did not run the metaonline command right now because the
database is fairly busy and I dont know how much will load the disks
the metaonline command.
My question is, where are the changes recorded since the
"metaofflining" and how can I see if there is some kind of overflow
or execeeded capacity. Will "metaonlininig" this night work ok? Will
I notice if not?
Should I metadetach/metattach the oflined partition?
