E450: WARNING: CPU Fans set to MAX. CPU Temp is 72 C

I have E 450 running with Sol 8 . I am getting an error message in demsg as

WARNING: CPU Fans set to MAX. CPU Temp is 72 C

Has anybody faced similar problem. How to get rid of it? What are the consequences of running the Server with this Warning?
