     Hello,

First of all, I am newbie on Sun and its Softwares.
I have two questions about SRM.
(OS: Solaris 8)

We have SF12K with 2 domains. I want to install
openssh-3.4p1 one of the domain. I installed from pkg.
Then I have following errors ( /var/adm/messages )

Feb 1 14:54:09 domain2 sshd[2219]: [ID 800047 auth.crit] fatal: PAM
session setup
 failed[7]: Permission denied
Feb 1 14:54:14 domain2 limdaemon: [ID 877250 daemon.error] Message from
pid
2222,
lnode sshd: lnode attach failed in setuid
Feb 1 14:54:17 domain2 sshd[2223]: [ID 800047 auth.crit] fatal: PAM
session
setup
failed[7]: Permission denied

We have a lot of users and we think to limit user ( connection time
,cpu shares , memory usage, etc ) with the SRM (Solaris Resource Manager)
Software and ( I guess ) this problem is about the pam modules of
Solaris Resource Manager.

I guess that if I compile openssh with source code (without-pam option),
I can solve the problem.

1-)Does it mean that I cannot use some properties of SRM ?

Meanwhile, one extra question ?

2-)How can I limit the user connection time with SRM ?
