hi gurus,

    i have a sparc 5/solaris8 machine.i tried
installing the lastest patch cluster, but the system
reported that the /var/sadm/patch directory was out of
space

    will removing the syslog and messges files from
the /var/adm directory help

   i can move the files to a different directory and
link it.but is there a more permanent solution for
this problem.
