Hi all,

A customer has a Sun Fire V880 running on solaris 8. When I run the
command prtdiag from /usr/platform/SUNW,Sun-Fire-880/sbin, it shows me
all the details one would expect, however it doesn't give out any memory
info as shown below:

System Configuration: Sun Microsystems sun4u Sun Fire 880
System clock frequency: 150 MHz
Memory size: 4096 Megabytes

Cannot find any memory bank/segment info.

Any reason why it can't find any info about the memory on the box? Is
it something do to with the OBP version? The OBP version is 4.5.12. Or
is there a patch that needs to be applied?

Thanks for the help & will summarise.
