Removable Media - TEAC SCSI Floppy

Hi all

We have attached a TEAC FD-235HS SCSI floppy disk drive to a Sun Fire V880.
The system recognises it as a removable disk drive and it mounts
successfully at /rmdisk/rmdisk0.

When we type "eject rmdisk0" or use the Removable Media Manager to "eject"
the disk, the error "I/O error" is reported. I am fairly certain this is
because the disk cannot actually be software-ejected, one must push the
eject button. The disk is always unmounted successfully and there is no
problem with the contents.

We are currently using unmodified vold.conf and rmmount.conf files. The man
pages for these files allude to being able to tell Solaris which devices can
and cannot be software-ejected. How can we modify these files to tell
Solaris and/or the Removable Media Manager only to unmount the floppy and
not to try to physically eject it?

Thanks
