Solaris Installation Error

Hi Guys,

I am trying to install sol. 9 but keep getting the following error:

Error: Could not open file /a/etc/vfstab
Could not create the file system mount table (/etc/vfstab)

Any ideas as to what might be causing this error? Bad Media, maybe? Any
suggestions would be grately appreciated.
