scp leaves ssh processes running

Hello all. When I issue an scp command like this
/bin/scp ihgob00000170045_0001.arc
dana:/oradata/ihgob/archive/standby00000170045_0001.arc
which does its work well, I found that sometimes (over 50 %) a ssh
process is left running:
/usr/local/bin/ssh -x -oFallBackToRsh no dana scp -t
/oradata/ihgob/archive/standby00000170045_0001.arc
so I will end being out of processes someday if I don't kill them.

I've tested if from script, from cron, and from command line directly,
with the same efects.

SSH Version OpenSSH_2.2.0p1, protocol versions 1.5/2.0. Only protocol 2
activated.
SunOS frodo 5.6 Generic_105181-31 sun4u sparc
SUNW,Ultra-Enterprise-10000

I've found some literature about ssh sessions hanging on exit, but I've
no access to this ssh process launched by the scp process, and with
parent id = 1 in ps. Any ideas?. Thank you.
