upgrading hardware from U2 to U60?

I'm thinking of upgrading a specific host from a U2 to a U60. The U2 is
2x300mhz, 512meg, 9gig, cdrom, no floppy, MBUS video card. The U60 will be
bare (case,motherboard,p/s). The video card obvious won't transfer over,
but that's fine, as all our Sun's are headless (term server).

Is it as simple as moving the cpus, ram, drive and cdrom over, then doing
a 'boot -r' from the 'ok' prompt? Is the hardware 'generic' enough (except
for one being SBUS and one being PCI), that I don't have to go through a
reload?

Please note, one thing I DID have to do with the U2 to get the 300mhz
processors to work was adjust a pin switch - one position for 167/200/400,
another position for 300. Anyone know if there are any other hardware
gotchas with the U60?

Thanks!!!

Steve B.
