Check if dtlogin is disabled

Hello,
I need to check more hundred servers in our environment,
one of the points to check is if the dtlogin is disabled, I know how to
disable it but
what I would like to know is where to check if somebody did it before.
Are there some files to check, or just keeping the deamons down????
