Blade 100 not booting...

Hi Gurus,

I know it sounds stupid, but my SUN Blade 100 died a few days ago and I4m
pretty much out of ideas now. Maybe one of you can point a finger to
something...

I can4t boot from disk anymore. After "Use is subject to license term" the
kernel panics but even though I tried it a lot of times now, I can4t see more
details because the output is coming too fast.
If I try to boot from CD, no matter if I try to boot normally or into
single-user mode, I get "Can4t read disk label. Can4t open disk label package.
Can4t open boot device". I tried to boot various Solaris versions...
I also tried to boot from the shipped OE Installastion CD ("for use with
Solaris 8 1/01") which failed with "Boot load failed. The file just loaded
doesn4t appear to be executable".

Because I guessed on a hardware problem, I took the hard disk out (same
effects), took memory out (can4t even turn on power) and finally inserted
another DIMM (256 MB PC133 CL3 ECC in U2 -> can4t even turn on power).

I used all hardware tests from the ok prompt without any success. A probe-ide
shows the disk and the cdrom...

Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance,
Peter
