Thanks to Espen Martinsen,Ryan Bishop,Shriman Gurun,
Steve Camp, Mike Salehi,Hichael Morton, Marcelino

Everyone pointed out that it's Ecache data parity
error (EDP) and CPU replacement is the way to go.Some
went ahead and gave me tips on how to debug a little
more by finding out AFSR value from dump.

Other useful hints are looking for SUN's new book on
crash dumps "panic...", sun education class notes.

Finally, we managed to renew SUN's contract in the nth
minute (not known until today to me) and got the CPU
replaced.
