Thanks everyone, I received many suggestions, some I was already familiar
with, but basically the majority of the responses say to checkout "Flash
Archive", "dd", "jumpstart" or "Live Upgrade".
My experience on Tru64 was using the "dd" method and then deleting from the
copy, device files that existed on the "if=" disk, which are not needed when
the copy is booted on the new h/w.
I will checkout all suggestions.
