RSM 2000 problems

Hi experts,

I've just acquired an E6000 with the RSM 2000 array controller and 2 disk
arrays.

problem 1 - how do you fit/remove a disk? There seems to be no slider
mechanism for this.

2. Can Disksuite be used on this system?

3. is Raid Manager software a requirement or is this a substitute for ODS?

I am installing a 2 disk internal tray and 2 D1000 arrays as well. My
preference is to use Disksuite throughout if possible.

Will summarise.
