Hi
We've recently completed tesing with Netscape LDAP server (version 4) as a replacement for NIS/NIS+.
I've just been informed by a local iPlanet reseller that a per-user licence is required for the product. I believed that, if used as a NIS replacement for Sun machines, it was free from Sun. Can anyone here clarify? The licence fee is modest, but I do not want to pay for something I do not need.
Thanks
Ahau K'in
