Crossover Connection problem

Hi

I am trying to connect my PC ethernet card to Sun Ultar 5 ethernet card using a crossover cable. I have tested the cable by connecting the two ethernet cards on my PC, also the Sun ethernet card wroks fine for a normal cable. I am unable to get the link led up on the ethernet card of my PC with the crossover cable when connected to the Ultra 5. The link led comes up when used with the same crossover cable between two ethernet cards on the PC.

Would be grateful for any help on this.
