liveupgrade 6 to 8 one disk?

Hi,

I need to do a liveupgrade from 6 to 8 on one disk.

The disk has only / and swap partition.
The / partition has 15GB free.
No vxvm or sds

There're no more free blocks that I can use to create a new slice.

The manual didn't mention I can do it in this case.
So I just want to confirm on this. Let me know
