Upgrading IMAP server on Solaris 2.6

Hi,

I'm trying to upgrade IMAP server from V1.x to V2.0.17 on Solaris 2.6.

One of the prereqs for this version of IMAP is the installation of Berkeley
DB V3.x (which I installed and compiled OK).
However, the IMAP installation fails, because it tries to find a library
called "db_create" in the Berkeley DB tree, which isn't there and is not
created at compile time. It seems I need to create this db_create library
but I don't know how. Has anyone come across this problem before ?

Error mesage below:

checking for tzname... yes
checking for vprintf... yes
checking for db_create in -ldb-4.1.24.NC... no
checking for db_create in -ldb-3.3.11... no
checking for db_create in -ldb-3.2... no
checking for db_create in -ldb3.2... no
checking for db_create in -ldb-3.1... no
checking for db_create in -ldb3.1... no
checking for db_create in -ldb-3... no

configure: error: this version requires Berkeley DB 3.x.
