User Nobody

What limitations does the user nobody have in x86 Solaris 8? Why does it have
a user id in the 60000 range?

I'm setting up an intranet site. The user nobody (because that's the user when
they login in to the Intranet via their browser) needs to execute commands on
another unix system with rsh. Is this possible and if it is, is it a security
problem? Also, is there a restriction that prevents the user nobody from
running setuid and setgid scripts?

Thanks for the help!!

John
