compile problem with dhcpd on solaris

Try to compile dhcp-2.0b1pl6 on solaris9/sunblade100. but got error:

make[1]: *** No rule to make target `../common/libdhcp.a', needed by
`dhcpd'. S
top.
make[1]: *** No rule to make target `../common/libdhcp.a', needed by
`dhclient'.
  Stop.
make[1]: *** No rule to make target `../common/libdhcp.a', needed by
`dhcrelay'.
  Stop.
make: *** [all] Error 2

Same packege on linex working fine. but I need to have two dhcpd working ASAP.

What I did is:
1. download the file - I need to trouble shooting urgently for this version
of problem.
2. run configure
3. run make

How can I correct this problem? This version it was compiled successful on
our old server, but not for me.

Any comments will be appreciated
