inetd messages in messages file

Hello all,

I have a SUN Enterprise 5000 running Solaris 8 2/02. I'm getting a repeated
error message every couple of minutes in /var/adm/messages that reads:

Dec 17 10:34:21 brutus last message repeated 346 times
Dec 17 10:34:22 brutus inetd[4288]: [ID 858011 daemon.warning]
/usr/openwin/lib/fs.auto: Abort

I've attempted to start fs manually and I get:

/usr/openwin/bin/xfs notice: Fatal Error. No Listening sockets established.
Exiting. ListenTransCount=0 errno=125
/usr/openwin/bin/xfs error: Cannot establish any listening sockets

I also have attempted to stop and restart inetd to no avail.

Any suggestions?
